Loan Officer: Wendell Office

 
GENERAL SUMMARY
  • The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for developing and managing commercial lending relationships within the Farmers Bank service area. The Officer is responsible for conducting risk analyses to determine that loans are both profitable for the bank and financially beneficial to its customers. 
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interview loan applicants and analyze financial data
  • Understand loan products and terms and make appropriate recommendations
  • Monitor loan portfolio performance
  • Provide general financial and banking advice
  • Develop and maintain business relationships
  • Remain informed on all bank policies and applicable lending laws 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Communicate in a clear and courteous manner. Demonstrate the ability to plan for daily department demands. Possess general computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet and word processing software. Complete daily responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, finance or agricultural economics or three years of related business experience required.
 

Customer Service Representative: Twin Falls - Pole Line Office

Full-Time Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. 

Responsibilities

  • Represent the bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner while providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service.
  • Provide information on financial services and products available to customers.
  • Utilize financial software to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations while ensuring customer confidentiality.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 
  • Previous experience in financial services or banking is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are necessary for success in this role
